Can some one tell me the names of good web site to apply for job in USA and then to go there on H1 B visa (work permit)

Also, how hard it is from canada to get job in usa on work permit ? Do i need to write in my resume/cover letter that i want to come USA on work permit

Yes you can work in the US on H1 even if you are a PR of Canada , but you will have to get the sponsorship of a very good company ( not consulting company ) as the number of H1 have been reduced it has become very difficult in getting H1 to the US .
