Joining diploma course

Hi,

Hi my brother is in India now and is planning to join for a diploma course (10 months) in IT field in Canada. I would like to know whether with an admission in 'Academy of Learning' or other private Learning centers, he can get a student visa to come over to Canada.

Not sure...maybe ask the institution if they had international students coming to their facility and getting a visa successfully
