please can u help me and tell me the fastest way to register a new born baby and get a passport with in one week .
i live in kitchener on,what r the steps,and the best way.

First go to the hospital where the child was born or contact them over the phone and get all of the details from them and see if they will help you obtain it.

Work with these two sources and it will get you the required certificates. Try and obtain the wallet size card also. It is always nice to have one, to carry on person. Some things you can't speed up. But there is a way.

First of all, you need to submit "Statement of Live Birth" to the city office in which your child was born. Only after they send confirmation of registration, you can apply for birth certificate from Ontario at https://www.orgforms.gov.on.ca/eForms/start.do.
The link (ExpressLegal) given by ftfl is a private company who orders birth certificates, etc.
