Pakistaniengineer be careful of the don mills and shephard area apt. I had been living in the metcap appartment opp fairview malls and pigeons has made my life miserable - I had lost $2000 in rent as i couldnt continue to live over there, it is really unhygenic with the pigeons and i have to break my contract before terms. I am not sure if all the buildings have the same problem but check the balcony properly else buy a net.

I agree with comments of newyork, that a few metcap buildings have peigons; however, I was just comparing the two choices, because peigons are still better than lots of cockroaches, found in abundance at 201 Van Horne.

Any way at personal level, I am out of that apartment life phase which the new immigrant faces, and now live in my own home.
