Where should I notarize all copies of markesheets & degree?
Also what is the notarize process? Means what should the CPA do when I give all copies to him/her?
Does CPA needs to sign and put a seal on every page?
Pl help.

Any notary public can do this.
Most notaries charge around $5 - $10 for a set of documents.
For school and college degree/marksheets, if the entire set is not more than 10 - 15 pages, you will probably get away with the basic charge ($5 or $10).
And yes, each page is normally notarized after comparing with the original.
Some notaries attach a cover sheet stating that they have compared all the sheets with the original documents and are certifying it and list the total number of pages.
However, each page stamped is better.
