I would like to sponsor my mom to Canada on receiving PR visa. Wanted to find out about interest rates and investment/savings options for senior citizens. Can anyone help me?

Intrest rates are changing every week.
Is it not too early to get the rates now?
You should become PR first , get good job and then sponsor your Mom.
It may take few years to complete the process.
There is a long way to go!!
