hI rainwalkin, you may get LOC or personal loan. Contact with your banker. Beside, stable job and stable income there are certain other factors which play important role in getting LOC/Loan.

LOC not only depends on stable job or income but also depends on your credit history, your income/expenses ratio and some other things. i think it also depends on bank you are dealing with. i was pre-approved for LOC by my bank when i was not even employed. but having LOC is really gud thing (i guess).
