Does anybody Know what are the stable IT companies(clients) in canada.Stable means very low lay-offs even in the bad IT market.Please advice only if you know ????.

You don't need to really mention about this as most of CD members are matured enough.

Hi Ani70,
I agree with you on Madhauri asking members to reply "only if they know". Most members here are responsible and reply to questions only when they know what they are talking about.
However, Madhauri has a good reason for asking members to avoid sarcastic replies, as this seems to have become the norm on CD lately. Members sometimes tend to criticize those asking questions simply because a question is being asked. We must all remember that there is no such thing as a "Stupid Question", except the one you "didn't ask!"

Any business will have to let people go when they are facing bad times.
They have a clear choice - let some of the people go and keep the company afloat, or not fire anyone and then the company goes under and everyone loses their jobs.
That said, there are some companies who start letting people go the moment they see some financial trouble, and there are other companies who wait longer till things get really bad and then start letting people go.
If you can specify why you are asking this question, maybe you will get better responses.
Sorry, I didn't know the answer, but still responded.
