what about insurance? do u need third party insurance? what happens, if room on rent and accident happens, can insurance company give trouble.
wht are the problems and solutions for basement appartment, when its not legally registred with CITY?

However, there are basement rental property which are registerd legally for rent. How that is done?
Also, if the kitchen made before 1995, city consider as legally. Why is it like that? is there any way to show it done before 1995 to make it legal.
What are other ways around?
Also, by calling some by-law permit professional suggested to register as BAR so in basement can keep sink and cabint..so if city complains only stove removal shd done ...not the entier kitchen unit..is it true?
Also, as I have metioned how about room rent..and insurance done?
