Please advise.
Whats the best option for Auto-insurance for a 3-years experience driver in Canada with recent accident? There are some 'issues' with every option.
1. Take only third party (Issue: if the car is post 2003, would like to have full coverage)
2. Go to a broker (Issue: God knows what company I will be insured. how to make sure I will be 'really' covered for the cheap insurance I am buying)
3. Select a suitable car model with low insurance (Issue: Where to know which make/model/year gives the lowest insurance)
Thanks

Do you currently have insurance?
Who with?
Was the accident at-fault?
Where do you live?
In general, if you have had a recent at-fault accident, you will have to pay high premiums for the next couple of years.
You can try PC, TD or Belair insurance - they are usually cheap for newcomers.
The regular insurance companies like AllState or StateFarm might be more expensive for you.
To keep your costs low, you can try buying an older car (i.e. 2000 or older) and preferably an American made (Ford, Chevy, etc.) because insurance is generally cheaper on those.
Also, in general, minivans might work cheaper for you than a passenger car.
