Is there any airline to fly from India (Bombay/Chennai or Delhi) to Vancouver?

Singapore Airlines via Singapore from Chennai, I would recommend.
Only 3 hours stop over at Singapore.

via Hongkong, not sure about delhi but surely thru mumbai to vancouver.

try china airlines also via Sanghai or Tapai.

You can also try Japan Airlines and Koren Airlines.
