I do believe it is becoming more frequent for Desi's specially those originally immigrating fromt he Gulf to return back after their 3 yrs or Passport is obtained. I have heard mixed reviews for the company 'Jobs in Dubai' - some say they are fraudulent postings, while others maintain it is legit. But being an ex Emirati myself I would suggest you go to Dubai or any other Gulf country on a visit visa(unless you have excellent contacts there) , scope out jobs then have the company sponsor you. However I have to warn you the market there too is tough and while the pay is amazing by North American standards alone(tax free) the living expense is rising to unimaginable levels.

Pay is amazing by north american standards alone( tax free) as per nsondi. i don't think they pay 60 to 70,000 USD a year to desis over there.....
