We recd our final approval for PR on 22nd April. We are rigth now residing in US and my husband is here on a H1. We have valid I 94 but our visas are not stamped. Now my question is :
1. Is it possible to enter canada , get the PR card and get back to US?
2. Or do we have to go to India toget the visa stamped to reenter US

You can enter canada from US and come back after landing as long as your US paperwork is in place

you missed the point. she says clearly she needs visa stamping for H1.
what she asked is whether she can do it in Toronto or go back to india to get the stamp.
She can get the visa stamped in toronto or India depending upon her convenience

You can enter US within 30 days on the basis of automatic visa revalidation.
Also, you dont have to wait in Canada for your PR cards to arrive.
You can re-enter Canada in a private vehicle with your landing paper.
Kabeer is absolutely right. You can enter Canada with your landing papers & come back to US with a valid I94. You dont need a stamp in the passport if you are coming back in 30 days. When you leave US dont surrender your I 94, if someone asks for it you can say that you need it for coming back. I did the same thing at Detroit Windsor tunnel. It was very smooth.
