Hi there, I came to Canada 2.5 years ago on a student visa from New Delhi. Currently I am working in Toronto on a HRSDC validated work visa for one year. I and my fiancé, who is a Canadian citizen, want to get married here next month. We are confused as to if we should apply for my permanent residency through the in-Canada spousal sponsorship class or apply for spousal sponsorship through New Delhi? We want to ensure that my residence application is processed before the expiry of my work visa (April 06). Which option would be faster or easier?
