Change of Country while immigration application is in progress

I hv applied for immigration from New Delhi 3 yrs back. My application is still in process. Meanwhile there may be a posibility that I may go to Europe on Work permit. Now to keep the process of immigration to Canada alive what should I do?

Kindly advise.

I applied from Buffalo, my application is still under process and I have moved to India. What I did was just kept them informed about my move and my correspondence address still remains the same ( US address)

did not get that, u told them that you have moved to India from USA but your mailing address still that of USA.(??)
I heard that once you move to a different country and transfer your file, you go back in Q. Not sure experts can shed some light on this.
