I am sponsoring my spouse, her pakistani passport show only the first name in the name line. Now she has to fill the immigration application and we are not sure what to do with surname. We should fill the surname in immigration application or leave it empty?

My relative applied in independent category from Islamabad.

He name contains only first name on Pakistani paspport so she left Surname blank on application.

In interview she told them that her name contains only one part.
After interview when her Landing papers arrived her farst name and last name were place in both fields. For example

Her first name is Razia

now here name on Landing papers is

Razia Razia

means
First name: Razia
Last Name: Razia


In my opinion their database requires Surname mendatery.
