Can I land in Toronto, if I have got the Immigration under Quebec Province proggrame. Because there is direct flights available for Toronto only.

Sorry, as per my understanding if you have applied under any class for quebec immigration, you could land only at any port of entry in quebec.

Can only land in Quebec. Fly to Toronto and connect to Montreal.
