Is the \"one year residing\" bar still there to get OSAP loan?
How they count one year? I have to be physically in Ontario or they count from the date I became a PR?

The website still says :
"You must meet one of the following criteria to meet OSAP's Ontario residency requirements:
You have always resided in Ontario.
OR
Ontario is the last province you resided in for 12 consecutive months without being a full-time postseconday student. "
The quoted text also tells you how they count 12 months.

Thank you for the reply. When I searched for this matter in charcha, I found several posts saying this "one year " bar has been waved. Can those contributor please focus on this matter? It is really important to me.
