I have became the member of this site for the first time as i m impressed with the cooperation u guys are giving, so i m also expecting the same for me.As my spouse has sponsored me in JANUARY 2005 for my immigration to canada and all the documents including medical test, police certificate clearance, etc are properly submitted by my spouse so i just WANT TO KNOW the PERIOD it will take after submitting the file under SPOUSAL CATEGORY.

Will appreciate ur information. Waiting for your prompt reply.

It will take about two & half to three months.
My husband submitted all the documents for my sponsership in October & I got my visa by 2nd week of December

It should not take more than 6 months in any case. I know of cases getting it in less than 3 months too.

Dear Vanishka,

If you already sent application to CPC Mississauga, it will take approx. 28 days to get approval, once approved file has to be send to CHC Delhi and it will take another two months approx. for your spouse to get visa. inerview can be done.
