my friend landed on nov 20 in yyz and returned back to US. he gave a friends address in calgary, sofar he did not receive the PR card.
we couldnt call the 1800# from US as it is only for canada for inquiry. can any one tell what is the local phone# i think calgary PRC or the right location to call to ask what happened on the PR card processing.
