First of I wants to say thank you for excellent work to serve community,
I am in canada since last 4 months & doing okay.

My main problem is i am the only son of my parents(no Brother ,no sister).
Age of My father is 68 and mother is 63.

As no body is back home to take care for them ,I am really very much worried for them,I want to call them Canada as fast as possible.As i learnt that immigration Process can take 3-5 years which is most disappointing for me.

Can you suggest me best wayto do that?

I heard that I can call them first here on Visitor visa & than apply for the immigration & ask permission so that they can stay here till their immigration process complete.

Is that right way?

what if they don't get Visitor Visa? how i can assure they get vistor visas?

You may apply for visitor visas for them. If they are lucky to get the visas, you can apply for them to stay in Canada on humanitarian grounds. Being the only son, you have a good chance of being successful. The process takes easily three years and is discretionary. Hence, it is quite possible that it will be refused. When that happens, they'll have to leave and have to be sponsored through the regular overseas process. You'll be back to square one. Please note: during the processing time in Canada, they won't be have any medical coverage. You'll have to purchase private medical insurance.
