Hai Dear Massood Ji
I am 28 Years old B.com Graduate, Married and having one 3 months old Kid, I am working as Internet Researcher (Back Office Operations). Living in India (New Delhi). I went to an Immigration Consultant; He gave me an amazing offer. He is promising me to offer a JOB in Canada of my field it self. He will arrange Work permit/Employment Visa of 3 Years and simultaneously he apply for Permanent Immigration Visa for me along with my wife and Kid and after Getting file # of Immigration Visa I can move to Canada on work permit along with wife & kid. He is charging Rs. 2,50,000 /-.
In Canada I will have to work for 3 years in the same company of which Work permit I will have. The process of Permanent Immigration case will also shift to Canada or Buffalo and I will get our PR In Canada.
Sir plz suggests me that Are these things POSSIBLE.
1. I can take my wife and kid on Work Permit. (My elder brother & sister are in Canada so accommodation is not a problem)
2. Getting PR in Canada while already in Canada on Work permit.
3. Getting job of CND 3500 pm (As said by Consultent) by conducting just Telephonic interview.
4. There is demand of Internet/web Researcher profiled people.

Plz Reply me Any one, I your brother really need your help.

That sounds like an excellent offer and everyone should run for it. However. please bear in mind the following:

- check whether the consultant is a registered consultant in Canada or a Canadian lawyer otherwise your application will be returned

- a work permit is only valid for one year and renewable after that. How can he/she promise you 3 years work right now? What guarantees do you have?

I have answered your other questions below:

1. I can take my wife and kid on Work Permit. (My elder brother & sister are in Canada so accommodation is not a problem)
- IT IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC OR EASY PROCESS. YOUR SPOUSE MAY BE DENIED A VISA TO ACCOMPANY YOU.

2. Getting PR in Canada while already in Canada on Work permit.
- YOU CAN APPLY FOR PR WHILE IN CANADA ON WORK PERMIT. YOU MAY HAVE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW IN THE US

3. Getting job of CND 3500 pm (As said by Consultent) by conducting just Telephonic interview.
- HARD TO BELIEVE. BUT I DON'T KNOW HTE DETAILS OF THIS JOB.

4. There is demand of Internet/web Researcher profiled people.
- THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF SUCH SKILLS IN CANADA. THIS MEANS IT MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GET HRDC APPOVAL. AS A RESULT, YOU MAY NOT GET WORK PERMIT.

FINALLY, BEWARE OF PREYING CONSULTANTS WHO PROMISE TOO MUCH TOO EASILY. THIS IS WHY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO REGULATE AND CONTROL WHO CAN REPRESENT CLIENTS AROUND THE WORLD.

Thanks Massood ji
I Got your point. The Rosy picture shown by that consultant made me confused and worry. Now i am sure he is hiding lots of things to me.
Massood ji would you plz suggest me how should i apply for immigation. I cannot apply by my self bcoz i feel my case is not so strong. The job i am in, is not in SOL of Canada. The only catagory matching is Data Entry Supervisior/ Clerk. ( this is very close to my job profile) Should i file my case with that designation.
Thanks Again.

Dear desi2711

Dear KainthPreet,

I had visited Real Services Inc 5-6 months back. They had offered me similar kind deal. But they failed to provide me any reference of successful migrant. Masoodji is quite right that "That sounds like an excellent offer and everyone should run for it".

My opinion is that getting HRDC approval is not kids play. There is a office of AVI group in Canada which they (Real Services) call their main company. I think they produce intra company transfer sort of thing.

I think you should visit Masoodji's office at New Delhi.

I have been offered good deals about migrations, but very few have shown me the right way, including Masoodji. (not directly but thru this desi forum)

Dear Sudhish,

Yes, the attraction towards North America is great here which has lead such consultants grow in multiples. I can not guess how every consultant is arranging HRDC approved job offers, but pratically they are doing it. Its different thing that upon landing in Canada job is denied. But point is HRDC's jobs are selling in Indian market.
