PR Obligation 2/5 years for my daughter studying in india.
Dear All,
One of my friend indicates, for any student studying out side canada, 2/5 years accumulated stay in canada applies from the latest visit to canada.i.e We are making entry first time now with all family memebers&my daughter studying engineering in india will be leaving after month of stay to india.her clock starts from that date.Next year,we will bring her again in summer,PR clock shifts to next year date....Is it true??? Please comment.
I have 11months PR visa validity & my daughter is studying her second year of engineering...three&half years of studies more in India. In case of any problem in PR obligation, we can her bring her at the later date.....

Your information is wrong. Clock does not reset to zero every time she enters Canada. Her clock starts when she lands. Under these circumstances, best is to push her landing as late as possible.
