Thank you for your valuable advice regarding several of my previous concerns.

As always I look upon you and the other senior desis to guide me through yet another doubt in the process of my application.

I am in Canada on a Student Visa. I got married in Canada a few weeks ago. My wife is also an international student on student visa. According to the officers, our marriage certificate will arrive only after 4-5 months.

In this case would you suggest that we apply without the marriage certificate and then send the certificate later to the consulate at buffalo or should we send our application after we get our certificate ?

Would sending the application without the certificate delay our process?

Better to send application with ALL supporting documents, especially marriage certificate.

I don't think it takes 4-5 months though. Most likely 4-5 weeks.
