1.Does a landed Immigrant have to pay taxes /file them if he was earning say equivalent of CD$50,000 , by working outside of Canada e.g in the Middle east etc.

2.What if he declares that earning to the Mortgage agency/bank... any problems or issues from Tax/Revenue dept.. because of no declation of the Taxes ?

Kindly advise.
