1.Can some one give some useful facts about why one should live in Calgary?
2.I heard the temperature is very cold through-out the year over there ?what are the temperatures during the months ??
3.How would you compare life in Calgary with Toronto ?
4.If buying a property would it be cheaper in Calgary in comparison to buying a house in Toronto ?
5.I read that the taxes are lower by 8% in Calgary.What else are the advantages financially ?
6.How are the schools for kids ?

the rocky mountains... fish creek park.. clean crisp fresh air... one of the most progressive cities in canada... friendly people...

lows in jan-mar normal around -15; extreme to the occasional -32... summers are pretty plesant... normal highs are 22-28

there is no pst... alberta has one of the lowest tax rates in canada.. its also the only province that is completely debt free (or will be in november)... they are about to announce an approx $7 billion surplus for the province...

as of now, are pretty good but they are going to be injecting massive amounts of money into public school system over next few years...
