Is there any Canadian wireless comany who support incoming text message originated from India via cell phone
I have been using Rogers and they confirmed that their network doesn't support Internatioanal Text message originated from India
Any other company support this?

every cell phone has a email address atached to it .

so irrespective of the fact that the company supports the country or not you can still send the message and its generally a non reliabl thing but it works and one is charged for local sms only even when one is sending a international message.for example rogers email address is

my phone no is 4164173614

so when anyone sends a email to
i will recieve it as a sms on my cell.

these emails can be sent from your mobile phones as a sms-email.
for reliance in india the email address is

for any gsm phone yahoo messanger is there and it supports most phones.

if you go to the website of the service provider say hutch in aIndia there is generally a option for web2cell for free.

even though rogers officially doesnt claim it the international messages does go through most of the times.
