Hi,

I became Permanent Resident on 18th Feb 2002. And since then I have accumulated 2 years of physical presence in Canada, out of 5 years.

Now, from past month and a half, I am living in USA and plan to live here for another 4 months.

When I return , will I have any problems in entering Canada ?
I will be spending approx 5 months here, so which means I am returning before 6 months are over .

I have stayed outside Canada for 2-3 days, but this time, its for the longest period of time.


Please can you advice.

You don't need any returnig resident permit as your stay outside Canada is not that long.
