My name is shital patel and i am from gujarat India. My husband is in tornoto currently working full time as a gas station manager. We were married since 2014. In 2015 i have applied form India for work visa on my husbands work permit. That time it was rejected with some reasons like assets and travel history and all that. In year 2016 we have applied again and its been more than 3 month we still didnt get any reply. Just to mantion that both time we have hired RCCIC immigratnt lawyer to do the job
So my question for you is what should i do?

When you say that you hired a lawyer both the times and they gave you the reasons why you failed in your attempt, goes to show how efficiently the lawyer that you hired worked for you. Next time you will know better.

Now get back to the first lawyer and ask for the fee back. They don,t normally pay you any money back, so you are out of luck
