Son got his new cad passport after turning 20,do we need to get sticker transfer in new passport .
OCI booklet was issued when he was 14 .
Daughter same thing new passport after turning 20 ,but her OCI booklet was issued when she was 18 +.
Any recent experience to that dreadful place called BLS Brampton .

Although the OCI Card is a Life Time Visa card, the OCI Card must be replaced :
(1) The Overseas Citizen of India Cardholder registration is required to be got re-issued each time a new passport is issued up to the age of 20 years of age and once after completing 50 years of age in view of biological changes in the face of the applicant. For this purpose, please long on to https://passport.gov.in/oci.
(2) Re-issuance of the OCI Cardholder registration is not mandatory each time a new passport is issued between 21 and 50 years of age. However, if the applicant wishes to avail this service, he/she can apply for the same.

Based on (1) above, since both your children got a new passport after turning 20, there is no need transfer the OCI from the old to the new passport...
unless if you have some extra cash and time and love BLS so much.... then go for (2) above

BLS call center insists on Son's as his OCI was issued when he was 14 .But they are clueless ever time you call for supporting documents to accompany .Every agent has diffrent set Requierments .

Anyone below the age of 20 is in the same category, so why would they insist on your son and not your daughter. The only difference I see is your son's pp probably expired before the age of 20, but it was renewed after the age of 20. Is that true?

Logic by BLS is Daughter's OCI was issued when she was 18 + adult ,Son's OCI was issued when he was 14 minor.
Daughter got new CP when she was 23 and Son got new CP when he is over 20 (by 10 days).😡😡😡
