One more brave soldier has sacrificed his life. He leaves behind his wife and two children of age 11 and 7.
At the other end of the spectrum, we have people like Mani Shankar Aiyar and Salman Khurshid doing great disservice to the nation.
When my brother or sister''s husband gets killed by my neighbor himself, while protecting my house and property, the least I can expect is that my other family members do not wish to listen to my neighbor's gazals or play cricket match with him.

So sorry to know about Col Mahadik ....He was among those Officers who led at front - I sincerely wish the Indian Govt recognizes the valiant sacrifices by its soldiers.
Jai Hind to the martyr and to his family as for them it is no lesser a sacrifice !!
Swear it MS Aiyyar's and Salman Khurhsid's comments are worthy of treason ...sitting on an enemy state Pakistan's soil and criticizing a democratically elected Indian Government ..
Shame on them ...... They should be sent on the border ( without arms and ammunition) !!

Just to be clear there was no ghazal or cricket ........ and he did not criticize democratically elected government of India 
India seem to follow "Ivar Nammavar" (He is one among us) policy w.r.to Pakistan. All these days it has only made Pakistan back stab us yet another time.
Incidentally, ''Ivar Nammavar'' is a famous line in Tamil literature stated as a dying declaration made by a king who lived thousand years ago.
The real story is about two kings who were neighbors. One of them was always jealous of the other king's fame and his kingdom's prosperity. Unable to defeat the king in battle but himself getting defeated every time, the evil king dressed himself as ''Sivan Adiyar'' (Lord Shiva Bhakt) visits the other king's palace. Even as the king was offering his prayers to this fake saint, the villain stabs the king. But as he was dressed as a Shiva Bhakt, the king orders his body guards not to kill him, but exile him to his side of the border stating the mentioned line. Will be only our fault if we do not learn from history.
