How do you keep track on deals for gap, old navy and other clothing websites ???

Old Navy & some other sites - you just register your email on their website and in store and receive promotional emails .

Old Navy
Gap
Factory Direct

and so on ... the process should be common.

I haven't explored much but RFD has a section with all discounts and Hot deals .
Last time I visited Hot deals end up buying what was not needed due to ultra good prices.
