Hello,
i am Mayank.
i am study in cegep in computer science technique course.
my past qualification is M.sc in environmental science.
i want to know about quebec pr system.
as per now i can get 12 points for master.
but question is can i get 6 point for area of training for the same degree. environment ?
as some environment diploma also qualified to get points?

If your Studies that were conducted for your Masters, were in a course recognized by Quebec Immigration as equal or was done in a University where they have reciprocal agreement, then you stand a chance of getting all of he points. Otherwise not.
Please go through each section from 'A' to 'E' of this link and you will know why it is that they do not want to recognize the Degrees obtained elsewhere. (In a foreign country)
All you will get is the time taken or spent in a University for your Masters, which is, a maximum of 12, if your NOC number is in demand.
You will have to upgrade your Language skills, which you lack very badly, because the manner in which you express here is not acceptable. (It is not very clear.)

what i am asking is there is 12 points for master as i have indian master degree. but for the same degree in Environment.
There is point for area of training which is listed below. That is of 6 points.
(Environmental Quality and Pollution) (Bach.)Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (ACS)
Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (DCS) Hotel Management Techniques (ACS)
Environmental Techniques (DCS) .
So the Question is can i get points for same degree in 2 sections??

No. You cannot claim points for the same degree twice. But if you have skills that will permit you to change your line of work from one stream to the next, they will assess you and provide additional points for the skills that you possess. ( A different NOC number)
