We are looking for web programmer to join our group for development project...

I can't discuss too much details on public forum, If anyone intrested then we can set up meeting and discuss further.

Candidate must have good understanding of Internet marketing and programming skill...

Mainly this will be developement projects ...

Let me be honest , this will not be an hourly pay position, it will be more like reward/percentage or commission structure... Project is Huge so future will be more steady ...

Time will be flexible in the beginning . Once we pass pash-1 it will be more busier ...

No desi will be interested in this. Especially NO CD.

Like a labourer if the CD doesn't get money at the end of the day, he won't work . Commission is a dirty word in Canada and most CD's are aware of it, and have been burned in the past. bi-Weekly pay cheque is a must for CD, he has mouths to feed & rent to pay

If its Base + Commission, you will get someone, otherwise forget it.

People will think its a SCAM, when they see the word commission. They will think its an Amway , Quickstar type MLM scheme, even if you tell them otherwise .

Why wouldn't the promoters invest seed money in the program if the returns are guaranteed?

You can even get bank loans or venture capital from private investors..

Work without guaranteed pay is not attractive unless you want to take advantage of someone's desperation. Maybe you should offer partnership or share in the company instead of commission only.

True

There are No guarantees in Canada. The only guarantee is a pay cheque at the end of the day, anything else is a scam. Some new gullible immigrant might fall for it, but even he realises what's going on after a week or so & will start CRIBBING ( & rightly so )

Very True - normally most of them will not work without base salary. But we are not looking for those people. There are reason for not adding base salary - for salary base there are tons techy available in market -

We want someone who has passion, dedication and can commit for long term. The project is huge and we want someone to handle IT Part and become part of our organization...

There are many people who want to grow but because of this base salary mentality or laid back attitude they just stay as salary employee. We are not looking for people who don’t want to get out of their comfort zone.

Now why I posted on forum?? - I have achieved little success in my life now I have this opportunity knocking my door so thought of sharing here so maybe I may able to help someone in our community.

I owe CD forum so I always try to payback to community.

Now let’s go back to SCAM: Yes, there are many scams no doubt about it – may be our project is one of the scam as well but until you don’t try how would u know??? - People who know me here have little bit of Idea about me and projects we are working on.

This is project is not for everyone

BP - it is a workable strategy. I have seen many startups taking this path. All you need is someone with skills & passion to prove himself/herself.
