I wish to share my recent experience @ the Adidas / Reebok sale @ Intentional Center , Airport Road last week.

I used to read the advert in the Metro for Puma / Adidas / Nike / Reebok sale for 3 days lots of time in the past but visited for the first time last week.

For those who are not aware (like I was ) , it is a fabulous sale where you would get good branded footwear / clothes @ 50% - 75% less.

Adidas / Reebok shoes which retail for $100/- were being sold for $35/- .. kids snow boots for $10/- , good down outerwear for $50/- and also were shorts , T Shirts , jogging suits , caps , hats etc @ very reasonable price .....

People were bagging as if it was heavily discounted . Only thing is that after some time sizes get mixed .. and you have to search for your size pair ... the same size pair is tagged though.

We brought 4 pairs and I am quite happy with mine ..I would urge CD s to visit in future .. It comes once in 3 months and could be Puma or Nike or Adidas or Reebok .

For sneakers, there is a chain called "Sil Vous Play". They often have discounts. Selection is limited but good(at least at the store that I visited). I have bought sneakers from them on a few occasions.

They have at least half a dozen locations. If anybody visits, please update CD about their quality. Shoe-laces from that store suck, and they always keep getting undone(mainly Puma and Nike, other brands are OK). I don't know if this is store specific. Have others faced the same problem with their sneakers?

I have also heard that you can get pretty good discounts at Adidas warehouses. Cannot confirm it through personal experience, though.

I think Reebok also has a sale in stores for discontinued models, or something of that sort. Three years ago, my wife and I had gone to their Vaughan Mills stores for buying a shoe for me and found they were selling some really good women's shoes at throw away prices - we got three pairs at a total cost of $20!!! My wife is now using two of them and gifted one to her sister.
