It's always better to become successful & happy by working hard instead of feeling jealous of someone else's success -it will not take you anywhere - what HW36 may have achieved today - is her hard work & dedication.

I never met HW36 - I was her biggest critic when she rented her room to a paki and got in trouble & later complaint about it at CD...we all do some mistake in life and learn from those mistakes - HW36 is not exception.
I heard her success story from some CD's at this forum and believe she present good examples for those loser's who do odd jobs and constantly complain about Canada.
Instead of doing $10/hr odd job HW36 thought outside box -took some risk(buying/selling property) and became successful - atleast she believe she is successful -that's what is important.
so I am suggesting better inspire from achievement of fellow desi's not jealous.
inspiration may give you power to take risks , you may fail or pass - but jealousy definitely will make you loser - this is the bottom line..
Look @ the q and look at the answer.... Are these the reasons why you support some one's copying a pasting from the internet without giving credit to the original author ??

I like to see people's intentions not from where & how they formulate their opinion.
There's no intentions we are discussing here ... it is what you post from others and pass it as your own which is an unethical ... If you use some one else's words and thoughts , you should have the respect to credit them for it also.

You can never understand.
You can fight a ticket legally and even get it thrown. It is your right.
In my case I failed but just go to any court, you will find atleast 30 / 40 people standing in line to fight their ticket legally.
You are losing in all your fights and hence at the end, your post is getting funnier and funnier.
What you are supposed to do is, just write "and I quote from the following article :".
That's all.
Sometimes I really wonder if you really are a famous investor in properties. Really. You are lacking in even basic stuff that you need to know in Canada.
I appauld your work in making ontario schools a better place. I am working for the past 1 year to change corruption in my college in India. No luck. Not even 1 reply from them.
