The crying and weeping poor party cadres when JJ was jailed may not bring good name to her. But this is TN politics and we have to live and die with the same. No other choice.
But one thing we must understand is that the same poor people, not one but ten at a time will give a helping hand if and when we slip on a road.
The elite and educated will not bother, but may even have a click and video of our fall, like it happened at the Delhi zoo.

Thank god that she got bail from SC and moved to Chennai. She was a headache to the Bangalore police. In fact the chief of the jail where she was kept had not gone home since Sept 27.
People in TN who came to support her were paid to do so. As long as there is money, they will do it. People there are melodramatic in their actions, by shouting, hauling, thumping their chest, dancing, etc. Looks like they watch too many Tamil movies. The educated also joined in, out of fear. We have a family friend who are Iyengars like JJ. They told us that they were very depressed and upset when she got arrested. When I pointed out her misdeeds in detail, they changed the topic. Well, I understand their contention.
This is not over as long as Subramanyam Swamy is there. SC has lot of restrictions on her bail. Something may happen and she may be back in jail.

Hey Joker,
Rahul did it to supposedly improve his image. It was destined to fail and in any case the President would have sent it back for reconsideration.
The FAT COW is out on bail and making a mockery of the Indian judicial system.
For the sake of tokenism these politicians go to jail for a couple of days and even for those few days they are treated like royalty in there. Its like a 5 star hotel for them, then they are out on bail like nothing happened.
What a joke ?

Imagine a common man in her place , they would have destroyed him for much much less.
Probably JJ anticipated the way this trial was going. She implemented Amma schemes like subsidised canteen, water etc. Apart from this she had been decisive in handling of issues like that of Veerappan. Now, the poor are entirely with her. The other major party DMK has become property of one family. Congress may take at least 10 years to digest whatever it had swallowed during the UPA rule. BJP with their Modi ruling the centre may also take another 5 years at least. Until then it will be JJ calling the shots. Now the DMK has realised that their court case and JJ conviction has only backfired on them as it has generated more sympathy for her.
