I already told you to make an affidavit now, get it notarized and send the original.
Here you go .... ( I am giving you below $250 worth of material for FREE ... because you have asked us at Canadiadesi )

AFFIDAVIT

I, Indian2014, resident of xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx India do solemnly declare and affirm as follows:

1. I was born on xxxx day of XXXXX (month) XXXXXXX (year) at xxxxxx, India.

2. My father’s complete name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, citizen of XXXXXXX.

3. My mother’s complete name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, citizen of XXXXXXX.

4. I am providing this affidavit in order to verify my birth details, as I am unable to obtain a birth certificate from the relevant issuing authority.

I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath.

Deponent

- Thank you so much for giving me the format for FREE. Once i reach Canada , will give you a treat for sure ! :)
Yes i will get the Affidavit done for sure.

Also i would like to say that my spouse will be applying for the Sponsorship though an Immigration consultant from Canada. I would double check with them if they need anything else in lieu of Birth Certificate other than the Affidavit before applying.

Cheers !!

btw, How long does it take to get approval for Immigrate to Canada (spouse sponsorship) ?

Could you please tell me the steps in short exactly what happens after applying ? I mean the process.

I checked in CIC website that for Indians it takes about 8-9 months average time to get approval.

Please kindly share your experience.

THanks

Hi CD friends,
My daughter canadian citizen, has married to a guy in India, both of them now stay in India,
Canadian consulate has rejected visitors visa for the husband, 3 times, is sponsorship is the only way they can visit this country?
Now if she is applying for his sponsorship, with her in India too, is this going to create any issues in getting the sponsorship application approved?

Please share your ideas and or experiences .

Thanking you for your time.

Sorry to hear that. I think in your daughter's case, it's better to consult with an Immigration consultant from Canada.
There should be some way to get through.

Frankly, when it comes to Spouse sponsorship , the immigration officer will mostly ask for evidence weather the marriage is genuine or not. So, it's better to send them as much proof as possible.

You can find all in detail in this link:

3904E - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3904E.PDF

Hope that helps !

It can take a really long time depending on several factors (financial stability, age, criminal record). Can you think of anything that the Canadian authorities might hold against you?
