All of us cannot travel to the States or order and receive these tires. So, take advantage of the sales here and the DISCOUNTS offered by a few Manufacturers, such as Michelin, Good Year, Khumo and Hancook.

Rims will cost you extra. And you will have to lug them back and store the ones that came off the wheel some place safe.

In this respect Costco is the best, they will balance and install them free and if you have the EXTRA rims then, you have no problems. It is a quick in and out job. But fix the time and date. But wait for the over night temperatures to dip to ZERO, before you exchange them on the vehicle.

This brings up a question? Do we really need snow tires in Toronto for driving within GTA if it is a AWD - Nissan Rogue/CRV/RAV4 etc ;

Depends on your driving patetrn and who is driving it. If you want to give the car to your son, wife or DIL again, I would recommend doing the winter tyres.
