Hi,

i got a parking ticket in mississauaga in the summer of 2010.
I submitted for trial and finally the trial date is here next month.

i had almost forgotten about it.

can someone help answer the following questions about parking tickets:

is there evidence i can ask for parking tickets, similar to speeding tickets?

isn't there a statue of limitations for parking tickets? it's almost 1.5 years now.
can i claim that it's already beyond statute of limitations?
if so what is it and where can I find it?

anyone been through a parking ticket trial please share your experience.
