Hi all,
Am planning to move in July. Am looking for suggestions for rental condos, where -
1. the condo is owned/managed by a company. Individually owned condos are not an option.
2. 1,500 + sq ft of space.
3. minimum 2 full bathrooms.
Location is not a major concern - am willing to live anywhere from Oakville to Richmond Hill/Markham/North York.
Suggestions are welcome.

what suggestions are you looking for?..july is still half a year ahead. The going rate for 1BR+den with 2 WR is around 1600

Just in case it is difficult to understand the purpose of my post - I'm asking for suggestions about the names of rental condos CD members could recommend.
Yes, July is 6 months away and I plan to explore and research as best as I can, before making a decision.

Thanks TK, but I guess condos in Absolute Towers would be owned by individual owners - and I don't want the hassle of renting from an individual.
