Please help me..
My parents are in a village and in a old age around 81 years so they can't go to submitt the file. I prepared the file here in Mississauga and sent to them for the rest of the documents and to submit. My problem is:
Can I sent the all document to Mumbai visa office or delhi visa office by post.

We got one agent near to my village and he asked me a lot documents again plus vis card to and front and now asking for 11000 indian rupees per person so for two it is 22000 indian rupees to submit the file. Visa fees around 3000 is included in this amt. i don't think he should ask for this amt.
Is there any way to submit file through post direct.

Anyother person willing to do in a reasonable amt.

Wisecanada Mississauga do not know how to send it by post. There is a sentence on vfs website for paying money around 200 Rs. for transfer of file from Mumbai to New Delhi only paid in Cash. This is a problem. Anybody knows the solution for this. Or we can send direct to Newdelhi with passport and visa fees. I don't know. I ask thr' email to delhi but they did not give my answer. Please reply if anybody knows about it.
