work/settle with visitor visa

Hello Sir
I am in winnipeg, on visitor's visa. I want to find a job and settle here. Any province is fine with me.PLease let me know the easier way. Some of the jobs I applied as me to come back with work visa as they will not provide me papers. Comming to canada itself was difficult for me financially and I dont want to go back empty handed. Please help me. Any suggestion is welcome. Thank u.

There are no easier ways. You will have to secure a job and the employer has to support you on a work permit. If not, you'll have to qualify and apply and obtain permanent resident status and then settle down. Coming to Canada on a visitor's visa and hoping to settle here is not the best way to plan.
