Wind mobile has this problem almost every first week of the month. I think they don't have enough infrastructure (read IT capacity) in place to handle the volume of transactions at month starting. Even if their site is down, Their call center accepts bill payments.
Anyone know whether wind has IT shop here in Canada?

see Desi #1 - dis is da kind of stuff dat i was looking at.
i knew what i had to do - its just if it is recurring problem then i set my expectations bar accordingly.
