What happens to the estate if the individual (wife) expires with no will.Will the estate be divided equally between the two daughters and one son.The property was self earned by the father (deceased).

As of now as per Hindu tradition I am guessing mother would like to bestow her property etc to her son only at this time.

Property in Ahmedabad.
