There are many depending on what you like to do.
For financial information and data about companies, I use Google Finance and MSN Finance (Canadian editions).
Other sites I use frequently are globeinvestor, stockhouse, Yahoo finance (Canadian editions).
At other times, I use a regular Google search to locate whatever specific information I need.
Of course, the complete repository of documents is available on SEDAR's website.

One way is to use a stock picker like the one on gloveinvestor and filter on dividend yield and other parameters.
This will give you a listing of companies.
Then research each company independently through Google Finance, SEDAR filings, etc.
Other way is to look at the list of holdings of dividend focused ETF or mutual funds like XDV, CDZ, etc. and grab a list of company tickers from there.
Also, Google for the list of Canadian Dividend Achievers and/or Canadian Dividend Select.
That will give you a distilled list of top 10 and top 25 dividend stocks.
There aren't that many high quality consistent dividend paying stocks on the TSX.
It should be rather easy to isolate a list of between 10 to 20 stocks.
