i bought 300 shares HOU @ 7.20 today morning. May be I sell it when it reach $10

... Thanks guys . After consulting my financial adviser Yesterday I bought 100 Rim shares...As I said I bought RIM shares . I bought bombarider shares and sold and made some profit...I am thinking in investing in suncor ( SU-T) . based on news about suncor is buying petro Canada...i bought 300 shares HOU @ 7.20 today morning. May be I sell it when it reach $10.......

Hello CD's

Today I sold Rim shares and made a small profit . ( bought @ 52.20 and sold 55).

For each transaction I am loosing $ 29 . which i feel something more whenever i make small profits . At present i am with TD price waterhouse. is it good to open account with ameritrade or scottrade or e trade or quest trade. which is good one
US stocks are look pretty attractive . is it good keep some USD account and trade.

My day tradings may 3 or 4 per week depends upon market trend .

Any suggestions?

If you wanna day-trade or trade that frequently, you cannot use any of the big bank brokerages like TD Waterhouse or Scotia McLeoud.
Even E-Trade will be too expensive for you.
You have to go with the ultra discount brokers like Interactive Brokers (IB), Questrade, TradeFreedom, etc.
IB seems to be the most popular with day traders right now.
