In my case the whole process was finished in 10 months(mississauga) but that was in 2006-07. If anyone's case is delayed for more than 15 months they can directly contact MP(federal).
As the election is near, chances of speeding up the case is higher.
wrote test 17th feb. oath dt 27th may. there was no communication in between.
