hi mr masood .
i have been scanning the canadian desi site for a long time now . i have always found your answer to the various question very enligthening .
i hope that you can help to find a solution to my problem .
My brother is a canadian . my hushand and i have applied last year ie 12th dec 2003.
my parents are alone back in india as my bro and i are the only children . my bro had applied for my parents 2yrs back when he was a PR . but my father was rejected on medical ground . he has chornic kidney faliure . but he is not on dyalsis . he is doing well with medines . he is now 75yrs old . my mom suffers from lung fiberous , which was not metioned in the immgration rejection lttr . infact they not metion my mom at all .
My bro is not married . he has no dependants in canada . he has just brought his own house . it has been a real bitter sweet time for him as he has not been able to take his parents to canada when they really their son close to them .
What recourse do you think we have ? . if they can never go there to live with my bro . can they atleast visit him ? do you know of any medicail insurance company that would give them the insurance to visit canada .
pls do advise me .

A friend of mine was rejected because of Kidney Failure.
The appeal did not work as well.
The only way he was able to get in was to arrange a kidney transplant.
They can come in visitor but since medical condition is already known to canadian Consulate in Delhi, they will have to arrange insurance.

Your brother has the right of appeal in Canada. We have not lost any medical appeal so far that involves kidney failure.
There are many other factors that the Appeal Division will look at.
