Its really sad our media is criticing CWG more than the foreign media ,Well Now atleast we should try to save our country pride .Evryone is critcising Kalmadi.why not crticize Govt who had given the charge to him .What was PM doing in these all days,Delhi Cm close to Gandhi family,so nothing will happen she thinks? where is Sonia and Rahul,speaks only during election times.Now Sharad pawar poking his nose ,before saying evryone know how he runs cricket body. Please try do something for the nation rather than critcizing our own Indian.When foreign media or leadersay abt our country ,No opposition party or MP or leader is ready to give back a befitting reply.They bark like dog in Parliament.Shame to our leaders.

hi ashfedc, i am ok with indian politicians skimming millions of public money .
In india the thought of Thackrey brings fear among the educated, leave aside asking the same educated for political contribution. Many who have migrated still carry the fear.
so the indian politicians have a very efficient system ie curuption. you know unlike canada indian elections are self funded and not by the state. These politicians need that money as it is usually a long dry spell before they are back in power to fill their coffers . During the dry spell they have to fight to many expensive elections which keeps the economy humming.

If you look at canadian elections they seem so boring as if hardly anything happened except those few lawn signs.

One more thought yes india is getting more FDI now a days but a lot of it is black money routed back from tax haven countries.
